Millennials Aim For Mental Health Benefits

Adults tend to associate CBD with pain relief. About 66% of respondents say that they believe CBD offers pain relief. Not too far behind, around 58% of adults say that CBD helps them to cope with daily anxiety.

For Millennials, around 68% believe in pain relief and 67% see reduced anxiety as one. They also consider that CBD can help offset symptoms of depression and reduce PTSD symptoms. In some cases, CBD may also improve your energetic homeostasis

Hence, Millennials are also far more interested in taking CBD for its benefits. As a matter of fact, more millennials are interested in taking CBD to reduce anxiety than for any other conditions. The increased usage of CBD has made a way for THC-infused products in the beverage and food world.

In the end, for most of those who have tried these products, the frequency of doing so is still irregular. Many use them once a month or less. However, there are some heavy users, as a range of 15-22%, depending on the product.
